The Board of Examiners Update is the official newsletter for the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program. Although targeted at current and former members of the Board of Examiners, this newsletter is also valuable to all our other key stakeholders. Update articles include relevant news and information concerning the Baldrige Program, such as new materials available, process changes, staff changes, upcoming program activities, and publicly releasable information on the Examiners and Award applicants.
